1) Where we ship from

Orders are shipped from our international warehouse in Asia directly to customers worldwide.

2) Processing time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)

  • This includes order verification, packing, and dispatch

3) Delivery time

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after dispatch

  • Total estimated time (processing + delivery) is 6–12 business days

These are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or busy periods.

4) Shipping confirmation & tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information (when available).
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

5) Customs, duties & taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees set by your local authorities. These costs are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Customs processing may also cause delays outside our control.

6) Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete. If an order is delayed or returned due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

7) Lost, delayed, or marked delivered packages

  • If your package is delayed, please allow a few extra business days

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local carrier first

  • If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll help investigate
