Refund policy
Bloom Bun offers a 30-day guarantee. If you’re not completely happy with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery (based on carrier tracking), as long as the conditions below are met.
1) 30-Day Returns (Any Reason)
You can return your item if:

You contact us within 30 days of delivery

The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered (not cut, dyed/toned, heat-styled, brushed, combed, or treated with products)

The item is in its original packaging, including any inserts/tags/seals (if applicable)

The product is in resellable condition after inspection
2) Return Shipping Costs

For returns under the 30-day guarantee, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us
3) Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll fix it.
What we can do

Send a replacement once the issue is confirmed

Offer a refund if a replacement isn’t possible

Cover return shipping (by providing a prepaid label or reimbursing reasonable costs) if the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect
